Face covering when entering the school premises

Dear Parents and Carers, as of Monday 9th November, we will be asking all parents, visitors and secondary aged children to wear face masks or coverings before they enter the school premises.

This includes the times you might enter the school playground to drop-off or pick-up your children at any time of the day. It continues to be essential that parents and carers maintain a two metre distance from other adults whether this is on or outside school premises, in-line with government guidance for interactions with those not in your household.

If you are exempt from wearing face coverings then please notify the school office so that school staff are aware of this. Whilst we would also recommend the wearing of a face covering when dropping off or collecting children at the school gate, we are unable to enforce this outside of the school premises.

We thank you for your continued support and feedback with the measures we are taking to keep schools as safe as possible for children, staff and parents.
